I'm Zippy Determan, RN, and the owner of Keller Ln Adult Family Home.
I opened this home because I believe care should feel personal, not institutional. As a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience, I bring clinical expertise into everything we do here, making sure it's built into how we run our home every day.
With a small number of residents, our team knows each person by name, by preference, and by need. We coordinate directly with physicians, pharmacies, and specialists because we speak the same language they do.
Our caregivers are trained in mental health support, dementia care, and developmental disability services. We partner with families, medical teams, and case managers to make sure each resident gets exactly the care they need.
